Accents

Accents in SS14 are spread between two categories, full replacements (mice, zombies, crabs, etc.) and word replacements (dwarf, rat king, chef mustache, etc.), certain accents have a replacement chance (from now on "WRC") property which defines the chance of a word being replaced.

Accents can be acquired innately, through specific items, or as a character trait.
